Pardon Our Dust UPDATE

Lane Construction continues work on GRTC Pulse, a new bus rapid transit system serving the Richmond Region, from Rocketts Landing to Willow Lawn.

This week on Broad Street, station construction continued at Willow Lawn; Staples Mill East and West; Cleveland East and West; Science Museum East and West; Allison East and West; VCU & VUU East and West; Arts District East and West; Convention Center East and West; Government Center East and West; and VCU Hospital East and West. On E. Main Street, construction continued at Main St. Station East and West; Shockoe Bottom East and West; East Riverfront East and West; and Orleans. In addition, roadway work and integration of electrical components and communications are occurring.

Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) has been established in areas along the project route; see last page of this look-ahead for messaging on the MOT, to be shared with stakeholders.

Construction activity is occurring during permitted daytime hours, 7.a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and permitted nighttime hours, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday to Thursday.
