This week on Broad Street, station construction continued at Allison East; Cleveland East and West; and Science Museum East and West stations. Construction began at the VCU/VUU East station. Restoration (undercutting, backfilling and paving) of the Broad Street median occurred, between Belvidere and Adams Streets. Additional roadway work occurred in the median of Broad St., from Belvidere St. westward. With the water line relocation complete at Staples Mill East, crews prepared to begin the waterline relocation at Willow Lawn, with MOT being set this week. Traffic signal work continued at several intersections from 6th St. eastward. On E. Main Street, construction continued at the East Riverfront and Shockoe Bottom East stations and at the Orleans station in Rocketts Landing.
