LANE Construction continues with work on GRTC Pulse, a new bus rapid transit system serving the Richmond Region, from Rocketts Landing to Willow Lawn. Currently, utility relocation is continuing in locations along Broad Street and Main Street. Preliminary station construction also has begun on Broad Street. Permitted work hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Please note: nightly work (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) is required on Mon., Nov. 21 and Tues., Nov. 22 on Main St. at 15th St.
