LANE Construction continues with work on GRTC Pulse, a new bus rapid transit system serving the Richmond Region, from Rocketts Landing to Willow Lawn. Currently, utility relocation is continuing in locations along Broad Street and Main Street. Roadway work, in preparation for station construction, is continuing on westbound Broad Street.  Permitted work hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday.  Please note that night work can occur as permitted if unforeseen field conditions arise or as needed to minimize area impacts.  Follow us on Twitter @GRTCPulse for updates on work hours.
