Lane Construction continues work on GRTC Pulse, a new bus rapid transit system serving the Richmond Region, from Rocketts Landing to Willow Lawn.
This week on Broad Street, station construction is continuing at Willow Lawn; Staples Mill East and West; Cleveland East and West; Science Museum East and West; Allison East; and VCU & VUU East and West stations. Construction is beginning this week at Government Center East. Waterline relocation is underway at Arts District East. On E. Main Street, station construction continued at Orleans; East Riverfront East and West; and Shockoe Bottom East. Traffic signal work is occurring on Broad St. and E. Main Street.
Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) has been established where work is occurring.
Most of construction activity is occurring during permitted daytime hours, 7.a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Traffic signal work is occurring during both permitted daytime and nighttime hours, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday to Thursday.
